Matt Brown
Board Member
Matt Brown has lived and worked in Bulgaria for most of the last sixteen years -- beginning as a member of the first group of Peace Corps Volunteers (Stara Zagora 1991 - 1993) to the country. Since 2001 he has worked for World Learning as Director of the USAID Participant Training Program in Bulgaria, which conducts training in support of USAID's portfolio of technical assistance activities. Matt is also the founding Director of the Bulgarian Center for Development and Training, whose mission is to promote international and intercultural understanding, democracy, social justice and economic development through education and training.
