Americans snacking Bulgarian banitsa for GLOW
Over 100 students from St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, NY had the opportunity to snack on delicious homemade banitsa for charity. Tsvetta Kaleynska, who is Miss Bulgaria Diaspora USA 2010 and also an ex GLOW camper, baked on Dec. 7, 2011 to raise funds for the academy. This was the second successful bake sale Tsvetta had, but this time she decided to present the Bulgarian dish to her classmates while sharing more about GLOW with them.
